A greater number of these items are made allowing us to buy at cheaper rates and pass these savings back to you, the customer. We do our utmost to ensure all items are provided with manuals in the correct language but on the rare occasion that this is not possible we will do our best to notify you and help you obtain one from the manufacturer.

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery time is 5-7 working days, however the majority of our deliveries arrive substantially quicker than this. Express postage will get the item to you within 48-72 working hours, so if you decide you need the item quicker please let us know. There is a 24 hour processing period for all orders.

Stock

We ask for immediate payment on all orders; if payment isn’t received within 12 hours of confirmation we cannot guarantee that the item will still be available. On the very rare occasion that this happens a revised date of delivery (usually 7-14 days) will be provided.

Returns

We work hard to ensure all of our customers are happy with their purchases but very rarely you may need to return your item to us. 

Items Damaged in Transit 

If your items were damaged in transit we ask that you report it to us within 72 hours of signed delivery, if the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it’s best to sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly. We will arrange collection but ask that all items are returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received by us, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you.

Items Faulty on Arrival 

If your items are faulty on arrival we ask that you inform us of the fault within 72 hours of signed delivery. inform us of the fault. Once received by us, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you. All returned items are examined by our technicians and if a returned product is found not to be faulty we will return it to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

Items Faulty in Warranty Period 

If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it’s more than 72 hours since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period you are entitled to a warranty repair. All products are provided with a manufacturers warranty and in some cases the manufacturers provide a specialist service for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly.

What happens if you change your mind?

You are entitled under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) to return the item if you change your mind but we ask that you let us know within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us, complete with all original packaging, accessories and documentation. Once you have notified us of your decision to return the item under DSR, you are permitted 28 calendar days to do so at your own expense. Once received by us, we’ll issue a full refund to you via paypal. Any items that you return to us are at your own risk, as such we strongly advise all customers ensure the items are correctly addressed, adequately packaged, and sent through a reputable carrier.

Delivery

I. The goods you order will be delivered to your paypal address.

II. Orders placed before 10.45 pm on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option provided all stock items are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.)

III. If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under our control we will inform you as soon as possible.

IV. If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods (otherwise than by reason of circumstances under control of WeLoveElectricals) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, we may:

i) store the goods until actual delivery and charge you for reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage; or
ii) sell the goods at the best readily obtainable price and either (i), where you have not already paid for the goods in question, account to you (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) for any excess over the price you agreed to pay for the goods or charge you for any shortfall below the price you agreed to pay for the goods or (ii), where you have already paid for the goods in question, account to you (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) for any proceeds received.

V. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, WeLoveElectricals will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you of any delay as soon as possible and will give you the option of cancelling your order at this point.

VI. Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
