Please note that if paying by Paypal, we have to ship to the billing address received from Paypal.  Please make sure your delivery address is correct before payment.   For collections, the only payment method would be cash on collection or you could pay into bank account prior to collection.  Collections have to STRICTLY be pre-arranged.  For items that are advertised as for collection only, this would be due to the fragile nature of the item.   However, if you wish to pay with paypal we can ge a quote from a specialist courier who collects from us and delivers direct to you without going through depots.  However, this is very expensive so please contact us first for a quote.  We are not abe to allow any customers to arrange their own collection through 3rd party carriers.   Collections must be in person.

If using the Special Delivery or 24 Hour courier service, we need payment to be received by 9pm the working day before.  So if you make payment on a Wednesday Morning for example, we will dispatch on Thursday to arrive Friday.    Please also note that items posted on Friday will arrive on Saturday or Moday as Saturday does not count as a working day.   However, they do sometimes make Saturday deliveries but don’t count on it.

What we sell

At Electric Mania we sell new and graded items. Graded items are sold with a minimum 3 month Electric Mania Warranty unless otherwise stated. For new items, will generally be 1 year but could be longer. Each item will have specific details.

Graded items are customer returns. Some will be returns that have never been used and could have been returned due to wrong color or any other reason for that matter. Some may have been returned as faulty but no fault to be found. Those items which are returned as faulty are refurbished to working condition. Our grading system is as follows:

Grade A+ (New unused factory sealed stock)

Grade A- (New unused stock with slight box damage or box being opened)

Grade B+ (Item in excellent condition, possibly with only minor marks in “non crucial” areas and complete with accessories. May not be in original packing)

Grade B – (Item shows more signs of use AND/OR missing accessories. If accessories are missing, the advert will clearly state that an accessory is missing

Grade C (Faulty for spares or repair – No warranty included on this grade)

How can I pay?

Payment can be made by PayPal, Postal Orders or direct deposit into our bank account.. To ensure your purchase is protected it will only be delivered to your registered PayPal address (No exceptions).

Once your payment has been received we will send you a confirmation email.

When will I get my delivery?

Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail or Parcel Force in 99% of cases. Most items will be dispatched same day if payment is received before 12pm. Each listing will specify which type of delivery option available. View our Delivery/Returns.

Returns

Under our Electric Mania eBay Refund Policy, you have 7 days to cancel an order and return a product to us, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition for a full refund. Where a product is faulty, damaged or described incorrectly we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted*.

*This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or described goods, or your right to cancel orders under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Except for faulty items, we only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. You must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund.

Faulty items

If your item develops a fault please notify us at .

If the fault has developed within 30 days of delivery we will offer a refund or replacement, including postage costs or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to Electric Mania for checking and verification of the fault.

If the fault develops after 30 days but within the 3 month warranty (or longer if stated) period please contact us via my eBay and we will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned to the Electric Mania team for checking and verification of the fault.

If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.

Delivery terms

Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail or Parcel Force for UK deliveries.

We have a 98% success rate in dispatching orders same day if payment is received before 12pm. Each listing will specify which type of delivery option available.

1st Class Royal Mail – takes 1 to 2 working days after dispatch
2nd Class Royal Mail – takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch
Special Next Day delivery – delivered next working day before 1pm after dispatch

Parcelforce 24 – takes 1 working day after dispatch
Parcelforce 48 – takes 2 working days after dispatch

For Parcelforce items, the following postcodes can take up to 3 working days for delivery when using either service.

Postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE

Saturday and Sundays do not qualify as working days
